New Media is the convergence of audio, video and written media, delivered on the web or mobile devices such as mp3 players and smart phones.

 

Graduates of the New Media Program at Northland College are prepared for work in the traditional media fields of broadcast and print, and as communications specialists in small business, manufacturing, health care and government.

 

The Center for New Media offers training in digital photography, podcasting, webcasting, video and audio editing, blogging, and basic web design.

 

Use the tools of New Media to begin or enhance your career in:

Radio or TV Broadcasting, Web Design, Content Creation, Public Relations, Digital Filmmaking, Advertising, eCommerce, and Journalism
